This is a snug one-storey, recently brick-built house located in a peaceful village near the town of Targovishte, 100 km west of the city of Varna. The region of Targovishte is known as an agricultural and wine producing region with plenty of artificial lakes and forests rich in game and picturesque landscape. There are more than 30 buildings of interesting architecture in the old Renaissance part. There are cafes, taverns, restaurants, shops; the biggest disco club in northeastern Bulgaria. For entertainment during the summer, there are two aqua parks with swimming pools and other attractions. Targovishte also boasts a new four-star hotel and a luxury hotel complex with tennis court, situated at 4 km from the town amidst beautiful countryside. In the same area there is a balneotherapy and rehabilitation sanatorium. Targovishte is also famous for the large mineral spring called Boaza; its curative mineral water is suitable for drinking and there is free access to the spring.
