This magnificent house is situated in a mountain village at 44km to Veliko Tarnovo and at 5km to Elena. The house is authentic and fully renovated, as the traditional for the region style have been kept. It was built in 1892 and reconstructed in 2005. It comprises a large living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The house is with full heat insulation and new double wood joinery. There is a fireplace with a local heating system. The floors of the kitchen and the living room are with terracotta, and in the bedrooms with laminated parquet. The house is fully furnished, with good water supply, electricity and telephone line. The area of the building is 80 sq.m. The yard is terraced, covered with stones and surrounded by an authentic wooden fence. There are two options for the area of the yard – either 800sq.m or 1600sq.m with renovated barn. The house is situated at the end of the village. There is a good asphalt road that makes the property accessible all year long. All of the mobile operators are available in the region. There is a forest right next to the property and a nice view to the mountain. The village is well developed and has about 200 inhabitants. There are a shop, a post office, a pub in it and a river nearby. The region is very appropriate for fishing, hunting and mountain sports.
