The town of Elena is situated on 50km from the historical town of VELIKO TARNOVO and 70km from the city of SLIVEN. The two – storey property that we offer is situated in the hamlet of Boevtsi, distant only 2 km. away from the center. It has a 200sq.m. of living area. It is constructed in an traditional Bulgarian authentic style. The house has stone foundations and the other part from the house is from wood and bricks. On the first floor are located a tavern, a kitchen and a toilet and on the second floor are disposed four bedrooms and two premises for bathroom and toilet. The house needs only some final touches in order to become a perfect home for you and your family. There are electricity and water supplies, but there is no septic tank in the property. The yard area is 2000 sq.m. Next to the house is passing a small river, that will become your favourite place. The town of Elena provides all main amenities a? there are a police station, a medical service, a post office, cable TV, many restaurants, shops, and cafes. The town lies in the lovely valley of the Elena River. A great number of small rivers and several deep and scenic gorges run across the Elena hollow, making fishing a well-developed sport.
