It is a quiet and nice village in a rolling area with fresh air and wonderful view,near Rodopi Mountain. The village is only 25 km from the town of Harmanli and near the town of Haskovo. It is suitable for fishing because it is near a river and a dam. It is hunting area, too. Itta?s historical place because near are the Thracian excavations. The house is big 110 sq.m. living area. It`s two storey house with nice view. There are two bedrooms,corridor and larder on the first floor. Tree rooms and a corridor are on the second floor. The walls are plastered, windows woodwork, the floor is cement. There is electricity and running water both outside and inside. The phone line is not available,but after request it`ll be very easy to connect. There is a parking lot for 3 cars. The garden is big 1500 sq. m. full of greenery with many fruit trees. There is also a well. The garden is very well cultivated.There is two outbuildings also,one of them is a summer kitchen with two rooms. The house is in good condition for living, need only some refreshments and modernizing. The village is a nice and well-developed there you can find post office, shops, cafes, health service and etc. Everyday bus service to the closest towns and villages is also available.
