This small two-storey rural house provides 65sq.m. of living area and a big yard of 1000sq.m.

The property is close to the Maglene Dam and it is only 55km. away from the town of Kardjali. The house consists of 2 floors, one of them needs to be entirely renovated. It is stone-built and must be constructed and rebuilt again. There are no bathroom and toilet inside, which are easy to install.
