This two-storey stable, stone-brick house is disposed 35 km away from the town of Kardjali, in Rhodopy mountains, at the end of a quiet village!

The ground floor includes:2 rooms based on concrete flooring, whitewashed walls and wooden window frames.

The second floor provides 3 rooms, based on trimmer joists, the walls are brick-built. The house needs overall renovation and refreshment, one of the walls has to be repaired. There is running water inside, a well in the garden and a nearby tap. A toilet must be installed inside, or a new sptic tank to be built. The bathroom inside has to be renovated. The property is connected to electricity.

The road to the property is asphalt and is approachable by all type of cars. You can warm up this lovely house with woods or electricity in the winter. Located on top of the hill, the house reveals amazing view to the village and nearby lake, suitable for fishing and swimming. Five families live in the village. One km away there is another village where there are small shops, bus stop, local administration and all necessary amenities. Only 10 km away is a historic place which is believed to be the tomb of Orpheus. The surrounding nature is marvellous, it is very well preserved as there is no industrialization.
