This traditional stone house is situated on 70km south of Kardjali, close to the border with Greece. It is a two-storey stone house which suggests 50sq.m of living area and 2500sq.m yard. The disposition on both floors is the same a? 2 rooms with wooden flooring, stone walls, wooden window frames and a hall. The property is currently not supplied with electricity but this can be easily arranged. Running water is available outside of the house. There are no bathroom and a toilet inside, which have to be installed inside in the future. A new septic tank is also recommended to be dug. The property is structurally sound but it needs overall repair and modernisation.

The road leading to the property is a 6 km dirt road and it may not be reachable during the winter so a 4×4 car will be a plus.

There are few people living in the village. No shops, public transport, mayorra?s office or similar amenities are available.
