This old two-storey stone house is located 80km of Kardjali in the eastern part of Rhodopy mountains. It consists of 100sq.m of living area and a garden, which is 1500sq.m. The ground floor contains of two rooms and a small corridor with hardened earth flooring, stone walls and wooden window frames. An outside wooden staircase leads to the upper floor which is disposed the same way with the only difference that it is with wooden flooring. There is no bathroom, WC, telephone lines and running water inside but it is easy to connect the house to running water using the well outside and build all the other amenities. Although the walls are in a good condition the house needs total repair work inside. The property is supplied with electricity. There is a septic tank outside and another building, which you can transform into another house or BBQ area or a garage. The road leading to the property is asphalt and is reachable throughout the year.

The nature and the view are amazing and it is so relaxing there. A regular bus transport is servicing the village. There are local shops and the nearest town is only 10km away from the village where you can find all the necessary amenities.
