This two-storey house is set in the middle of a nice village, 20km away from Kardjali.The property provides 60sq.m of living area and some 500sq.m of a small garden. The ground floor of the house consists of 2 rooms and a hall with concrete flooring, stone walls and wooden window frames. An external staircase leads to the upper floor where there are 3 rooms and a hall with wooden flooring, brick walls and wooden window frames. One of the external walls is cracked and it needs some repair work. Inner toilet, bathroom and a new septic tank is required to be built. The house is electricity supplied. There is no running water but it can be supplied from the well in the garden. Telephone line can be connected upon request to the telecom. The road to the property is an asphalt one and it is reachable throughout the year. There is an additional building which can be used like a cellar or can be transformed into a summer kitchen or a guest house.

About 50 people are living in the village. Regular bus transport is servicing the village. There is a local shop as well.
