This lovely rural, two-storey house is located in a village 45km.away from the administrative center of Kardjali. The house comprises of 110 sq.m. living area and a garden – 2000sq.m. The ground floor comprises of a foyer and 4 rooms, based on concrete flooring, the walls are made of stone and the window frames are wooden. The first floor comprises 4 rooms plus a foyer with stone walls and wooden window frames. The property is in a good condition. There is asphalt road near the estate.

There is running water outside the house, electricity and telephone line can be connected. The septic tank is in the yard, there is no toilet and bathroom inside the house but they can be easily arranged.

The village is located amongst pretty and delightful nature. The river "Byala reka" is close to the property which is suitable for fishing, swimming, sunbathing, boating etc. The population of the village is about 50 people, they are very friendly, hospitable and very nice neighbours. There are no bus, shops and mayor office but 3km. drive away there is a bigger village where you can find all necessary amenities.
