This 3-storey solid, stone-brick house is situated some 20 km away from the regional center Kardjaly. The estate provides 10 rooms spread on three floors, two garages and a veranda. The house is in a basic condition, it needs to be plumbed, wired, plastered and furnished. Tiles need to be installed on the roof. Electricity, running water and telephone line are easy to install. A septic tank needs to be built. The property needs to be finished and overall refreshment to become a pleasant place for living and recreation. A BBQ area with a furnace is arranged at the veranda.
