This two-storey rural house is located in the end of a small, quiet hamlet 10km away from Ardino. The property was built in 1970 and accommodates the total living area of 80sq.m which is distributed between the ground and the first floors. The garden spreads over 1000sq.m.

It is at a distance of 130km from the ski resort of Pamporovo, 300km away from the sea resort of Sunny Beach and 50km from the town of Kardjali which is a place with rich culture.
