This pretty house is situated in a peaceful village in Rhodopy mountain, 20km. from town Ivaylovgrad. The property includes 120sq.m. living area, 1000sq.m. land, 30sq.m. attic-floor and 80sq.m. outbuilding.

The Ground floor comprises of 3 rooms and entrance hall, based on hardened earth flooring, white-washed and wall-papered walls and wooden frames on the windows.
