This twoooostorey stone villa is disposed only 2m.from the waters of the dam of Kardjali and 15km from the town of Kardjali. The villa itself spreads over 24sq.m of living area and a cellar which provides 5sq.m. The garden, which is planted with fruit trees, spreads over 1000sq.m.
