The connection between the two floors is both by external stone staircase and internal round wooden one in traditional Bulgarian style. Stone roof tiles, hand crafted oak pillars and trimmer joists and amazingly solid stone walls are part of the charm of this property. It is completely furnished, together with garden and forest tools and machines for better maintenance of the property.

The a marvelously arranged spacious garden of 980 sq.m., terraced on two levels. Very large natural stones may be observed in the upper part of the yard a? which is about 450 sq.m together with a bunch of wonderful acacia trees, shrubbery and fruit trees. The lower level of the garden is of 500 sq.m. with a beautiful alpineum, a stone tiled pathway and a green grass lawn with orchard trees. Another part of the plot is left unspoiled with a mini forest. There is a charming stone fencing, the property is well secured. A well maintained old cemented road leads to the property so it is approachable all year round.
