Traditionally built house only 12 miles from Bansko!

This century old two storey house was built using the traditional adobe technique (sun-dried brick) with stone and wood. Standing on a manageable corner plot of 730 sqm it may be possible to divide in two.

There are magnificent views towards the Rhodopi and Pirin mountains. In the yard there is a barn and many fruit trees in the terraced garden. The house has six rooms, three on each floor. However, it has been vacant for forty years and needs complete renovation including the connection of all utilities.

Eleshnitsa is a large village by Bulgarian standards with a population of 2,100 and has seven shops, six cafe/bars, four restaurants, two private hotels, rooms to rent, a post office, a mayor`s office, a community center, a stadium, a swimming pool with mineral water, a public mineral bath, several playgrounds. There are mineral springs in some nearby villages too but the big attraction is the property`s close proximity to Bansko ski resort.
