A BARGAIN IN THE VERY POPULAR VILLAGE OF KOSTANDENECS!

A large and very attractive house needing only a small amount of renovation and modernisation. The house occupies a built-up area of 120 sq.m with a 1845 sq.m garden.

Kostandenec occupies a magnificent natural setting being surrounded on three sides by limestone cliffs with a river flowing through the valley floor and the village. Already three Brits live here permanently with another twenty or so having bought holiday homes. Kostandenec benefits from being only 5m from the main Razgrad/Ruse highway and less than3m from Rusenski Lom National Park. The whole area is teaming with wildlife. I personally have seen eagles here – what a sight!

The village also offers most things that you would need for your daily business – PO with international telephone, three cafe/bars, two shops, town hall and bus service. There`s even a market every Thursday morning!

The house has a large balcony running along the front of the property with great views across the village. Most of the rooms only need a little cosmetic work. There is already an inside bathroom and kitchen but these will need to be modernised to your standards. A lot of outbuilding space could be utilised as workshops or for your own production of food.

The garden is full of fruit trees and is big enough to house both a swimming pool and tennis court or landscape as you desire.
