This lovely house is located in the village of Preselentsi. The village is very popular with the Brits, many of whom have chosen this small but lively village as the location for their holiday homes. There are just three permanent Brit residents but at least twenty more have bought homes here. Preselentsi has all the basic amenities – two shops, library, petrol station, post office, doctor`s surgery, two cafe/bars both of which have English menus. The lovely coastal town of Kavarna is less than 20 miles away and Varna international airport can be reached in under an hour on a good road.

The house sits on a corner plot on a quiet residential street 5 minutes from the village centre.

The garden is 1000sqm and well maintained with fruit trees and a vine pergola. Double gates allow off road parking and there is also a garage attached to the house.

Inside occupies 80sqm comprising good-sized kitchen, utility room, lounge, two hallways [one of which is large and presently used as a second lounge], one bedroom and a shower room which is fully plumbed along with septic tank but requires the installation of an internal wc. There is also a cellar which is accessed from outside. The floors throughout are wooden.

The house acquired a new roof just two years ago and the structure of the house is solid. Inside is in reasonable condition and with some modernization will make a comfortable home in this ever popular village. A good buy.
