Preselentsi is very popular with the Brits, many of whom have chosen this small but lively village as the location for their holiday homes. There are just three permanent Brit residents but at least twenty more have bought homes here. Preselentsi has all the basic amenities – two shops, library, petrol station, post office, doctor`s surgery, two cafe/bars both of which have English menus. The lovely coastal town of Kavarna is less than 20 miles away and Varna international airport can be reached in under an hour.

This house is located at the end of the village and benefits from far reaching countryside views.

The fenced garden is 1700sqm and well maintained. There are fruit trrees, grape vines, vegetables and flowers. A patio area provides a lovely spot for your alfresco dining. There is also a brick built outbuilding which could be converted into extra living space .

The house has two entrances, both have porches and lead into hallways. Inside occupies 90sqm. There are three good-sized light rooms, a kitchen and a shower room which is plumbed and features a brand new boiler. There are wooden floors throughout.

The house is solid and the roof sound. Inside is in good condition and requires only general cosmetic work to make a fine home.
