Preselentsi is very popular with the Brits, many of whom have chosen this small but lively village as the location for their holiday homes. There are just three permanent Brit residents but at least twenty more have bought homes here. Preselentsi has all the basic amenities – two shops, library, petrol station, post office, doctor`s surgery, two cafe/bars both of which have English menus. The lovely coastal town of Kavarna is less than 20 miles away and Varna international airport can be reached in under an hour.

This house is located 10 minutes from the village centre. It sits well back from the road and there are lovely countryside views to the rear.
