This lovely house is located in the village of Preselentsi. The village is very popular with the Brits, many of whom have chosen this small but lively village as the location for their holiday homes. There are just three permanent Brit residents but at least twenty more have bought homes here. Preselentsi has all the basic amenities – two shops, library, petrol station, post office, doctor`s surgery, two cafe/bars both of which have English menus. The lovely coastal town of Kavarna is less than 20 miles away and Varna international airport can be reached in under an hour.

The house sits on a corner plot just five minutes from the village centre.

The well tended garden is 1550sqm. There are fruit trees and a small vineyard to the rear where there are open views across green fields. A patio area with small gazebo to the front is shaded by a vine pergola. There are numerous outbuildings which are solidly built and could be converted into extra living space. There is also a garage adjoined to which is a one room summerhouse.

Inside offers 85sqm of living space. There are three good-sized light rooms and two hallways, one of which is presently used as a lounge. A kitchen and shower room/wc complete this property. The wetroom is fully plumbed along with septic tank but would benefit from new fittings. There is wooden flooring throughout.

The house is solid and the roof was replaced last year. Inside has been well cared for and is in very good condition. This is a really good offer and one not to miss.
