Preselentsi is very popular with the Brits, many of whom have chosen this small but lively village as the location for their holiday homes. There are just three permanent Brit residents but at least twenty more have bought homes here. Preselentsi has all the basic amenities – shops, library, petrol station, post office, doctor`s surgery and two cafe/bars both with English menus. The lovely coastal town of Kavarna is less than 20 miles away and Varna international airport can be reached in under an hour.

This house sits on a corner plot on a quiet street ten minutes from the village centre.

The garden is 950sqm and well maintained with grape vines, vegetables and tomato plants. A garage is adjoined to the house.

Inside occupies 75sqm comprising three good-sized rooms, hallway and cellar. The rooms are in reasonable condition and the floors throughout are clay. Attached to the house is a one room summerhouse. Adjoining this and accessed via a separate entrance is a shower room/wc which is plumbed with septic tank but requires modernization.

The house is solid and the roof sound. Inside requires a liitle work to make it a comfortable home but there is plenty of space and potential.
