A knock-it down house at a KNOCK-ME DOWN PRICE!

We can only recomend the destruction of this property to build again perhaps using some of the material such as the stone foundation. However, Kostandenec`s is a lovely village, just off the main Ruse/Varn road. It is very popular with the Brits so, whether as a home or an investment you can`t go wrong at this price!

There are actually two houses here and a nice big garden with great views.
