Preselentsi is very popular with the Brits, many of whom have chosen this small but lively village as the location for their holiday homes. There are just three permanent Brit residents but at least twenty more have bought homes here. Preselentsi has all the basic amenities – two shops, library, petrol station, post office, doctor`s surgery, two cafe/bars both of which have English menus. The lovely coastal town of Kavarna is less than 20 miles away and Varna international airport can be reached in under an hour.

This is an attractive one storey house situated on a quiet street, near the centre of the village. The 1600sqm plot features numerous fruit trees and has been dug over ready for you to plant all your favourite veggies. How considerate!

Inside offers 80sqm of living space comprising three good-sized rooms, a kitchen and a smaller room, which could be made into a shower room/wc. There is also a very large hallway which could be partly converted into a lovely big bathroom or added as an ensuite to one of the bedrooms. The property also benefits from a large cellar.

This bungalow has been empty for a couple of years and inside does require some renovation to make it a home again. However, the structure is solid and the roof sound. Plenty of potential in a great little village.
