Preselentsi is very popular with the British, many of whom have chosen this small but lively village as the location for their holiday homes. There are just three permanent Brit residents but at least another twenty have bought homes here. Prices have rocketed in the past eighteen months with locals asking upwards of A30,000 for shacks with trees growing through the roof – honest! However, there are still a few `bargains` to be found and this is one of them! Preselentsi has all the basic amenities you need – two general stores, a library, petrol station, post office, church, doctor`s surgery and two cafe/bars, both of which have English menus!

Preselentsi is exactly 50 m from Varna international airport on a good road and twenty minutes from a lovely beach at Kavarna.

ATTRACTIVE HOUSE WITH SIDE BENEFITS

This property consists of a main house and next to it but completely separate is a second building, a cute mini house, which the present owners use as what we would call a granny flat. This is all set on 1800sqm of beautifully maintained garden. Spread to the side and rear of the house it contains a vegetable plot and many young fruit trees. In front is a patio area with overhanging trellis grape vines. A garage is attached to the main house and can be accessed from inside the house. There are also out buildings which are in good condition and could be converted into extra rooms.

MAIN HOUSE

Painted white this is a fresh and attractive looking house. Inside there are three reasonable sized rooms, one of which is tiled and could be used as a kitchen. A tiled corridor leads to a wc/shower room. This room would benefit from some work to bring it up to modern standards at very little cost. On the whole the house is in good condition and ready to move into.

MINI HOUSE

This little house is a delightful and a useful addition to this property. It has one room with a separate wc. Simply install a shower and you could have an extra ensuite bedroom ideal for your guests.
