This one storey house is located in the village of Pchelarovo. With a population of 657 the village is quiet and restful. There are two shops and two cafe bars and a friendly village atmosphere. The regional capital Dobrich is just 15 miles away and the coastal town of Balchik 30 miles. Varna international airport can be reached in under an hour.

The municipal town General Toshevo, is just ten miles away and here you will find just about everything you need to live and sort out your business affairs – accountants, architects, banks, schools, chemist, hospital, frequent bus/train service to Dobrich/Varna, and dozens of shops and bars – even a hairdressers!

The house is situated on a corner plot 10 minutes from the village centre, with good asphalt road access to the house.
