!!!VERY WELL LOOKED AFTER PROPERTY IN EVE-POPULAR LYULAKOVO!

This property consists of a house and separate small shop on a large plot. There is also a coal house and garage attached to the house. Both have concrete floors and are supplied with electricity. The large garden is very well maintained with fruit trees and grape vines.

The house is big and has three nice-sized bedrooms, two shower rooms; one with wc. There is a large kitchen with an attractive brick fireplace which is designed to also heat one of the bedrooms, and a good sized living room featuring a carved wooden beam.

Attached to the house is also a large summer kitchen & storage room which can be accessed from inside or outside. The floors throughout the property are concrete. The two shower rooms need to be brought up to Western standards but that`s about it! GREAT VALUE!

With a population of 500 Lyulakovo has all the necessary amenities – two shops, two cafe bars, town hall, post office, doctor`s surgery and primary school. Surrounded by open fields it has a peaceful village atmosphere but is on the General Toshevo – Kavarna road/bus route. Already there are two British families living here permanently and at least another two have holiday homes.
