This pretty house is situated in the village of Pisarovo. The village is small and peaceful with one shop and cafe/bar. The lovely coastal town of Kavarna is just 25 miles away and Varna International airport can be reached in under an hour. The municipal town of General Toshevo is 4 miles away. Here you will find everything you need to live well in Bulgaria – chemists, doctor`s, hospital, dozens of shops, hairdressers, post office, banks, restaurants, schools, numerous cafe/bars and frequent bus/train service to Dobrich and Varna.

The house benefits from a lovely location at the end of the village. It sits well back on a quiet lane with open green fields to one side, and friendly neighbours to the other! The plot is 1600sqm and is very well maintained. To the front there is a vine pergola the length of the path to the house, a large vegetable garden and numerous fruit trees. There are also numerous outbuildings to the rear.
