The town of Sevlievo is located in Stara Planina Mountain region. It lies at a crossroad of the main tourist routes leading to Bulgariaaa?s major natural and cultural attractions, as well as to the mountain and seaside resorts. The region offers a mild climate, clear mountain air, warm mineral springs and varied scenery: all you need for a healthy and active holiday. The place is very suitable for hunting and fishing, mountaineering and biking. There is a view to the highest point of the mountainna? peak Botev (2376m).

The house is two-storey with a big garden-1000sq.m and a barn. It is supplied with electricity and running water. The telephone is not available for the moment but it is easy to install it. The road is asphalted so the property is easy to be reached even trough the winter.
