• What kind of properties are on viewr.com?
  • viewr.com presents residential properties for sale and vacant land such as condominiums, houses, apartments, etc.
  • We also display vacation rentals and timeshares as well as time interval properties.
  • Additionally we offer commercial leases & business listings.
• What are condominiums?
  • Condominiums are usually apartments that you can own instead of rent. The land is shared by all the owners, but an individual owns the actual apartment.
    
• What are timeshares?
  • Timeshares take several forms. They generally are the ownership of a right to use a condominium for a certain period of time, usually a week or two.
  • Sometimes this ownership is forever like any property or it may be for a ficed lenght of thime, such as 20 years.
  • The length of time of use may be for every other year rather than every year.
  • Timeshares are popular because they are affordable and usually much less expensive than a hotel.
  • Timeshare owners often can trade their time in the complex they own for time in another complex somewhere else in the world. This also makes timeshare ownership appealing.
    
• How do I view the videos?
  • In order to view our videos, you need the latest version of the Flash viewer and the Quicktime viewer, which are free and most computers already have.
  • Both of them are free and quick and easy to install.
  • The Free Quicktime Player is on the left of the Quicktime page.
  • It is also best for viewing videos if you have a high speed internet connection, but not necessary. This is particularly true for the HD or High Definition Videos.
    
• What are High Definition Videos?
  • High Definition or HD Videos are made with special HD video cameras (camcorder for short) . These cameras take videos with many more pixels or light sensors in order to capture incredible life like detail. HD Videos and Cameras also utiilize the HD display ration standard of 16 x 9, which you now see in wide screen and HD Televisions as well as computer displays which are becoming quite common.
  • HD Videos are much larger files than normal videos and require special encoding and compressing in order to be shown or streamed on the internet.
  • The most common encoding for HD videow is what is called H.264 and new video codec created by an international standards committee. Thic codec allows the compression of the video to almost 1/12th of its original size.

• What if I can't find a property in search?
  • Try to be less restrictive in your requirements, such as bedroom, baths or price.
  • Try contacting viewr.com member agents in the area and tell them what you are looking for.
  • Post what you are looking for on viewr.com and agents and sellers will contact you if they have a similar property.
    
• Map-based search
• Why can't I see individual properties on the map?
  • Try zooming in to see individual properties.
  • In many areas such as large cities, there will be lots of properties and in some cases you will need to zoom to street level to distinguish the individual properties.

• Are all the agent members of viewr licensed?
  • Various countries and various parts of the world have different licensing requirements.
  • You should verify these requirements and confirm that your agent is in compliance with these requirements.
  • viewr.com does not verify the professional or licensing status of our agent members.
  • You should make these verifications prior to entering into a working relationship with an agent.

• What if I can't find an agent in the area I want to buy or sell?
  • If you can't find an agent, please let us know by email support@viewr.com and we will invite some agents in that area to join viewr.com.

  • Fortunately video cameras are getting better every day and are coming down in price.
  • If you can afford it, we recommend you buy an HD or High Definition camcorder as you can also take still photos with the same cameras as well as the lower resolution DV's Digital Videos.

  • When there are sales of similar properties, search those and see what they sold for.

  • No, viewr.com does not get involved in the sales process.
  • That should be left to the agents and buyers and sellers and their professional advisors such as attorneys or notaires.
  • viewr.com is a forum for the display of properties for sale and means by which buyers can find properties for sale, much like a magazine or newspaper.
