International Real Estate BlogProperty Tax Collected via Electricity in Greece
Hmmm, very interesting, quick n easy; we'll have to wait to see if we hear scrreaming. Nicks Renters and Owners equally. When do you call a Utility Tax a Property Tax ? It's Greek to me. Clever; it doesn't affect property values direclty, but could indirectly as all taxes in Greece go up. Loopholes need to be closed too. There are plenty who flaunt many if not all Greek Taxes. Fortunately it will be nearly impossible to avoid this one. Thought it may encourage more "off the grid" Independence, which isn't bad either. Here's a Thumbs Up "Like" for the courageous Greek Government. Cheers & Hats Off with a little Retsina ! See all articles by this author
